Community Partner Spotlight: Park Community Foundation

 

Please join us in thanking our partners at Park Community Foundation, who awarded us a $10,000 Pathways to Prosperity grant earlier this spring!

This funding supports the Housing First+ program, which helps families recovering from addiction by providing them with stable housing, financial education, mental health care, and family reunification assistance. We are honored to support this important work where families can thrive, free from the burden of addiction, and where every child has the opportunity to grow up in a safe, nurturing environment.

The Pathways to Prosperity Program supports projects that align with the Foundation's three impact areas - financial wellbeing, education, and thriving communities. The grants range from $5,000 to $10,000 and supports initiatives that build a more vibrant community where everyone has equitable access to learn, grow, and thrive.
