December 1st is #GivingTuesday and we are a participating 501(c)3 non-profit organization!
Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past 8 years, this idea has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
This holiday season, please consider giving to make a difference for the vulnerable, struggling families in recovery with children under 5 who are served by ChooseWell Communities. Addiction stops for nothing.... not even a global pandemic. This year, ChooseWell Communities has continued to receive and fulfill rising requests to serve more parents in recovery and their young children. Your #GivingTuesday gift is especially impactful this year, as we have experienced rising costs in services coupled with a loss of revenue as a result of the pandemic. More than 75% of our operating funds come from individual supporters and make it possible for the families that we serve to receive the housing, parenting, educational, and wellness supports that they need.
