We’ve Moved! Introducing… Our New Home - Americana Community Center!

Change is a natural part of growth, and we are deeply grateful for the season we spent at Sanctuary Church. That space held us well as ChooseWell Communities grew—allowing relationships to form, families to heal, and recovery to take root. We will always be thankful for the hospitality and partnership we experienced there.

As our work has expanded, so has our need to be even more embedded in the community we serve. That’s what makes our move to Americana Community Center, in the heart of Beechmont, such a natural next step.

Americana’s commitment to walking alongside families, strengthening community connections, and creating welcoming spaces where people feel seen and supported aligns beautifully with ChooseWell’s mission to support individuals and families on their recovery journey through dignity, accountability, and community. At the core of both organizations is a shared belief: healing happens best in relationships, and thriving communities are built when people belong.

Our new physical space at Americana is more than an office—it’s an inviting, accessible place where families can walk in, exhale, and feel at home. It reflects who we are and how we work: grounded, relational, and deeply connected to the neighborhood around us.

We are excited to put down roots here and grow together.
