There are 10 families in our sixth graduating class, all of whom have worked so hard to complete the ChooseWell Communities program, retain long-term sobriety, gain steady employment, identify personal and professional goals, and safely reunify with their children in drug-free, affordable homes.
Should you wish to give a monetary graduation gift to honor the Class of 2025, you can do below. Half the donations received via the below fundraiser will go directly to the graduating class as a gift in honor of all that they have accomplished, with the remaining half used to support existing families served by ChooseWell Communities as they navigate life, recovery, and reunification after rehab.
